When bare facts come to life

“Our history” given a visual makeover

Old television with graphics

Two things that we know a lot about at stodt: a good ol’ cup of Joe and traffic offences. We were able to channel our expertise in the form of graphics and animated effects for the North German Broadcasting Corporation’s (NDR) programme, “Our history”.

Animations and graphics for “Our history” from the NDR

Coffee and points in Flensburg

Our client and partner, jump medien TV, provided us with the core information. We turned facts and figures into modern graphics which are easy to read and understand – and we even added in other little effects and playful elements.

Graphic – comparison of coffee types Arabica vs Robusta
Graphic – top 6 coffee preparation methods
A coffee bean and its journey
Graphic – length of motorway network
Graphic – points offenders per state

What’s it about?

Stories that move people in the north – well explained and also presented in an exciting way – that is the concept of the NDR programme, “Our history”. This highly interesting series combines entertainment and hard facts. Facts that we’ve somehow managed to piece together and put into the spotlight using some modern techniques. Playful, funny and effective all at the same time.

We also had opportunities in the past to contribute our graphics to this broadcasting format.
