Now its Kirsten’s turn, she’s our Production Manager.

Another old-school master. Today, she organises our production like it’s child’s play. She’s not at all like the cliché of the disorganised, distracted humanist. She’s the best buddy of the entire staff and works tirelessly every day to make our eight hours of being creative as pleasant as possible.

Magistra Artium (yes, that was quite a while ago;)) Apart from the content, it helped me learn how to structure and organise. An essential part of my current job.

What everyone has always wanted to know:

What do you do at stodt?

Setting up project teams, planning, delegating tasks, checking and changing processes or developing new ones. Basically, it’s my job to make sure that the production and our teams are always working with optimised processes, and to be the go-to person for my colleagues’ needs.

Well, everything really. No, seriously: I think I’m good with people and know how to organise, both good skills to have for the job.

Why are you passionate about your job?

I am passionate about this job at stodt because it is extremely varied, because I find the creative processes we need for our projects very intriguing, because I can contribute my suggestions, because we are a really cool team, and because I love design. All in all, it’s simply great fun.

What gets on your nerves sometimes?

Short-term, unplanned, incredibly urgent jobs that absolutely have to be done right away (and throw the entire planning off track), because otherwise something really terrible is going to happen somewhere;).
